Dr. Neff's 25 years of public school teaching and additional years in higher education have provided a wide array of opportunities to develop and lead ensembles in meaningful music-making experiences. These have included directing many school band, orchestra, and jazz ensembles, high school band and string ensembles for European tours, honors bands, sectional groups, and a concert band at New England Music Camp.
