"Amplifying Our Voices Through Music" Teacher Guide

This project was part of a grant through the the Library of Congress and UArts. I was the lead content expert for the teacher guide that our team created. Other content contributors were part of our TPS team at UArts, as well as people I invited to be part of the project, whom I had with in the field prior to coming to UArts. It contains primary source artifacts from the Library of Congress as well as inquiry-based lesson plans for  teachers from a variety of content areas to use in their classrooms.

TPS Teachers' Website - Teaching With Primary Sources Monthly Lesson Ideas

This project included posting lesson plan ideas for teachers on the Teaching With Primary Sources Teachers' Website. It is a fabulous resource for any teacher who wants to access ideas to add depth to their lesson/unit plans. My posts included links to primary sources, such as artifacts, articles, recordings, etc., for use in the classroom - to be used in music classroom or non-music classroom. Sign-up at the website to connect to planning inspiration. https://tpsteachersnetwork.org
